At Grief & Joy, we take great care in preparing each order with thought and attention. Every package is wrapped with the same warmth and compassion that defines our brand.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods, please allow an extra day or two — we promise it’ll be worth the wait. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Options

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

International shipping times vary depending on customs and local delivery services.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@griefandjoy.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. orders only).

  3. Once we receive your item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Sale items and digital downloads are final sale.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — because you deserve a little joy without the grief. 💛
